Shipping
- We currently ship across all of Lebanon.
- Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days from the moment your order is confirmed.
- Delivery times may vary during holidays, promotional periods, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Delivery fees are calculated at checkout before you complete your order.
- Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order.
Cash on Delivery
- Payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery.
- Products cannot be opened, tested, or used before payment is completed.
- Orders must be fully paid upon delivery before inspection of sealed products.
- Refusing an order without a valid reason may affect future Cash on Delivery eligibility.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it with photos of the package and product.
Once verified, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, we will offer you a replacement of equal value.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Noor Dika Edits is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, reshipping fees will apply.
Failed Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver the order after multiple attempts, or the customer refuses to receive it, additional delivery charges may apply for reshipping.
